Voted "Best Brewpub in the Southeast," Carolina Brewery's menu reflects a fresh marketing push by its owners. The design complements the industrial interior and materials of the restaurant, which features a wall of brewing equipment, exposed beams, concrete and metal trim. A detailed diagram of the brewing process is shown on the menu, so patrons can easily identify the equipment that is so prominent in the restaurant. The new look carries over well to ads, brochures, and other marketing pieces.
